Requirements
You will need to be a competent swimmer and get qualified to work in this industry. Once qualified, yo can apply for jobs and find perfect positions for you. Sharing your love of swimming with others is a really rewarding experience. As well as formal qualifications, you’ll generally need to have confidence, leadership skills, knowledge of teaching and the ability to design courses, customer service skills, the ability to create the best conditions for learning or teaching new things, excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to monitor your own performance and that of your colleagues. Some companies offer assistant and internship style trainee roles if you are lacking experience.
