What to know before moving to Phnom Penh

We are moving to Cambodia for work. Does anybody have any helpful hints to get us started in Phnom Penh? Things we should bring with us we can't get there etc]. We will be there in September for around a year and most likely more. Thanks.

Consider spending a bit extra for a place with more security. Although Phnom Penh is a relatively safe city, there are occasional burglaries and home invasions of Western residences.
