We are a Kitesurf and Stand-Up Paddle School (SUP) located in Lagos-Algarve, Portugal.
We offer a wide range of certified KiteSurfing (International kiteboarding Organization – IKO) and Stand Up Paddling (Association of Surfing Instructors- ASI) services, where you will be able to learn or practice these modalities on the best beaches in the world, in an extremely safe way and with highly qualified and experienced instructors.
Summer Volunteering
In high season (May until October), we have some volunteer opportunities that you might be interested for you, such as Kitesurf Instructor in Portugal, Stand Up Paddle Instructor in Portugal and Receptionist (part-time in Lagos or full-time in Lagos).
There is no salary but you will get to have the surf lifestyle and live in a sunny place.

Kitesurf Instructor Jobs in Portugal
For Kitesurf Instructor in Portugal (part-time in Lagos or full-time in Lagos), we are looking for a person who has the following profile and characteristics:
• Valid Kitesurf instructor certification, (IKO or VDWS) with 100+ hours of teaching.
• Flexible, reliable & good guest relation skills.
• Positive work mentality: Proactive, friendly, open-minded & team player (willing to help on equipment maintenance or opening the school sometimes).
• Fluent English is a must. French, German or Spanish is a plus!
• Other skills like photography, video, social media, kite repairs, boat/car driving license are also a plus, not a must.
• First Aid and Lifeguard Course.
• Competent, punctual and motivated.
Stand Up Paddle Instructor Jobs (Position Closed)
For Stand Up paddle Instructor in Portugal (part-time in Lagos or full-time in Lagos), we are looking for a person with the following profile for this specific summer job:
• Valid SUP instructor certification (ASI or VDWS) with 100+ hours of teaching.
• Flexible, reliable & good guest relation skills.
• Positive work mentality: Proactive, friendly, open-minded & team player (willing to help on equipment maintenance or opening the school sometimes).
• Fluent English is a must. French, German or Spanish is a plus!
